Keiro Nurme is a leader in IT and AI with more than eight years of experience in the field. He has led IT support and administration teams and been responsible for designing and implementing artificial intelligence and technology strategy.

Experience

Keiro's AI journey began in 2023, when he saw an opportunity for artificial intelligence to help his team complete routine tasks faster and free up time for more valuable work. What started as self-directed learning grew into an organization-wide initiative: he developed an AI strategy and framework, ran training series that reached 80% of the organization, and launched an ideas competition to keep AI momentum going even after the project ended. As a result of this work, he was appointed Head of AI at Postimees Grupp in 2026, where he leads strategic AI adoption across the group and supports automation in business and support functions.

In parallel, Keiro is a co-founder of Framor, a company providing IT and AI services, through which he brings large-enterprise experience within reach of smaller organizations.

As a trainer, Keiro prefers the workshop format, where participants can get hands-on immediately, experiment, and ask questions. From his experience, what sticks most is what you have tried yourself. People leave his trainings not only with new knowledge, but with a habit of experimenting, making mistakes, and drawing conclusions. That is how you find out where AI truly fits and where it does not.
