Kristiina Tuisk

Kristiina Tuisk has been a trainer and consultant at Productory AI Agency for approximately 3 years. Since spring 2023, Kristiina has been leading the artificial intelligence development program at EBS Executive Education. She has also been a guest lecturer at Tallinn University of Applied Sciences and has developed two AI curricula: "Using Creative AI Solutions in Education" and "Using Creative AI Solutions in Organizations".

Experience

Kristiina has been teaching AI-based tools and their applications since early 2023. She started by introducing ChatGPT and other tools and models available on the market at that time.

Currently, she enjoys teaching all widely used chatbots and their functionalities, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and when needed, Gemini and Claude. Kristiina also conducts various workshops on simpler AI assistants (CustomGPTs and Copilot Agents). Her main strength is a calm and patient demeanor, explaining things multiple times when needed. She typically starts her trainings with the words: "There are no stupid questions in this room. These are new technologies and we are all still learning to use them. If you don't know something, ask boldly! The worst question is the one left unasked, because then you'll never understand it."

Kristiina has extensive work experience from both the public and private sectors. Her work as a process manager at the National Cyber Security Department of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, and previous roles at both the Ministry of Finance and the Government Office, have given her a strong foundation for managing complex projects and shaping policies.

Kristiina's ability to work in diverse fields such as cohesion policy funds, innovation and space policy demonstrates her capacity to deeply understand very different domains.

Kristiina's previous work in various ministries, where she participated in shaping Estonian policy and developing strategies, has given her a broad perspective on how different systems and processes work. This is an invaluable skill in the field of AI and technology-based solutions, where constant technological development requires rapid adaptability.

Kristiina obtained her higher education at two Estonian universities. She received her bachelor's degree in pedagogy from the University of Tartu, which provides her with a strong foundation for guiding and training people.

Kristiina earned her MBA from Tallinn University of Technology, specializing in financial management. She also has a diverse portfolio of continuing education, including presentation skills, strategic planning, participatory project management, and argumentation skills.
