Challenge

Utilitas is Estonia's leading district heating and energy company, supplying thousands of homes and businesses. In the rapidly evolving energy sector, Utilitas wanted to ensure that both executives and specialists were equipped with skills to use artificial intelligence in their daily work.

Solution

Productory delivered a comprehensive training program consisting of multiple modules:

• Executive AI training — Strategic training for senior management on AI opportunities and implementation in the energy sector
• Team trainings (3 groups) — Three separate full-day training sessions to ensure individual attention and deep learning. Each group gained hands-on experience with AI tools in their specific domain

The trainings took place in spring and autumn 2025 and covered various departments across the organization.

Results

Utilitas executives and teams have acquired practical skills for using AI to address energy sector challenges — from customer communications to technical analysis.
