Challenge

Enterprise Estonia (EIS) is the central organization for business development in Estonia, supporting thousands of companies on their growth journey. To be a credible partner and advisor in the AI era, EIS needed to lead by example in artificial intelligence adoption. The organization required a systematic approach covering both executives and experts at various levels.

Solution

Productory designed a multi-part AI development program for EIS, consisting of five modules:

• AI training for executives — Strategic perspective on AI implementation in organizations and practical usage in daily leadership work
• General training sessions — Three training rounds, including an English session for the international team
• Data analysis with AI — Deep dive into data processing and analysis using AI tools
• AI assistants workshop — Hands-on workshop for building organization-specific AI assistants
• Working with documents — Document creation, analysis, and processing with AI

Results

EIS teams have acquired skills for both strategic and practical use of AI tools. Executives understand how AI can support organizational goals, while experts use artificial intelligence in their daily work — from data analysis to document creation.
