Productory Services OÜ provides artificial intelligence training, consultations and strategic advisory services. Additionally, we offer software products such as RiteMark. These are two separate services: training is a paid service, software products are currently free and open-source.
2. Intellectual Property
All Productory training materials, presentations, guides and other materials are protected by copyright. These materials may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
RiteMark software is open-source and distributed under the MIT license. The full license is available on the GitHub page: github.com/jarmo-productory/ritemark-public. You may use, modify and distribute RiteMark according to the MIT license terms.
3. Limitation of Liability
Productory is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may result from use of our services. Our training is informational in nature and does not replace professional legal, financial or technical advice.
For RiteMark software, the full limitation of liability stated in the MIT license applies. Productory is not liable for data loss, corruption, OpenAI API costs, software bugs, or any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of RiteMark. You use the software entirely at your own risk.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment for training and services is made according to agreed terms. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our website. We recommend that you review these terms regularly.
6. Applicable Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. All disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
7. RiteMark Product Terms
Software License
RiteMark is free, open-source software distributed under the MIT license. The full license is available at: github.com/jarmo-productory/ritemark-public
Desktop Application
RiteMark is a macOS desktop application. It is not a web service or SaaS product. The application runs on your computer and processes data locally.
Age Restriction
RiteMark is intended for adult users (18+). If you are a minor, ask for permission from your parent or guardian before using the software.
No Warranties ("AS IS")
RiteMark is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This means:
- No guarantee of availability or functionality
- No guarantee of data preservation
- No guarantee of compatibility with future macOS versions
- No guarantee that AI features will work
- No guarantee of bug-free software
Productory is not liable for data loss, corruption, software bugs, system compatibility issues, or any other direct, indirect or consequential damages.
Third-Party Services
RiteMark uses the OpenAI API. When you use AI features:
- You must accept OpenAI's Terms of Service
- You are responsible for all OpenAI API costs
- Productory is not responsible for OpenAI service outages or changes
- OpenAI's privacy policy applies to data you send to their API

Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for backing up your files
- You are responsible for securing your API keys

Support
RiteMark support is community-based and voluntary. We may provide help on a best-effort basis, but we do not guarantee any support or response time. If you need help, contact us via GitHub Issues or email, but do not expect an immediate response.
Future Changes
RiteMark is currently a free product. In the future, we may add paid features and user accounts. If this happens, we will notify you in advance and update these terms. Existing features will remain free.
