Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We assume you can use basic Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook). No prior Copilot experience needed - we start from the basics.
Copilot Chat comes with standard Microsoft 365 E3/E5 license - that's enough for training. The full version (Copilot for Microsoft 365) is a separate paid license.
Both use the same GPT models. The biggest difference is data security: in Copilot, files stay in your organization's tenant. File access requires the paid Copilot for Microsoft 365 license.
Copilot works within your Microsoft 365 tenant and follows the same security rules as other M365 services. Data doesn't leak outside the organization. We cover security during training.
Formats vary: 2-hour learning bites per application, 4-hour half-days, full-day intensive trainings. Depends on how deep you want to go.
We focus on M365 Copilot Chat, but also look into others: Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
Both options available. On-site suits larger groups, online works for distributed teams. We often combine both approaches.
No limit for lectures. For workshops we recommend 8-15 participants for individual attention. Larger groups split into sessions.
