MM Grupp is one of Estonia's largest investment companies, with a portfolio of companies across various sectors. The group wanted to elevate AI competency among its executives and key employees — both at the strategic level and in specific work areas like project management and Microsoft tools usage.

Solution

Productory delivered a comprehensive training program consisting of six sessions:

• Executive AI trainings (2 groups) — Strategic seminars for senior management on AI opportunities and implementation
• Microsoft 365 Copilot trainings (2 groups) — Hands-on workshops for using Microsoft's AI tools in daily work
• AI in project management (2 groups) — In-depth trainings on applying AI for project planning, monitoring, and execution

Results

MM Grupp executives and key employees have acquired practical skills for using AI across different work domains. The training program ensured the organization has competency for both strategic AI implementation and everyday usage in project management and Microsoft environments.
